Yuo should at least get the Plugin to load by closely following these instructions:
I was able to do so, by following them. Make sure you stop and restart the IIS service after changing the values.
That said, I still don't have it 100% functional, and am still waiting for some better instruction, but no one from IBM seems to want to offer correct instrcutions, even though tose provided are clearly incorrect.
If you get anywhere, please post, as several people are trying to get this working...
